USA orders
Add 4.00 US Dollars for shipping within the United States. Please allow 2-4 weeks processing and shipping on orders.
Dutch orders
Add 2.50 US Dollars for shipping within The Netherlands. Please allow 2-4 weeks processing and shipping on orders.
European orders
Add 4.00 US Dollars for shipping within Europe. Please allow 2-4 weeks processing and shipping orders.
International shipping
Add 6.00 US Dollars for shipping and please allow 4-6 weeks processing and shipping on international orders.
